How long will my Moravian Cookies stay fresh?
Our Moravian Cookies are baked with care and have a shelf life of up to 12 months when kept in their original, unopened packaging. Once opened, we recommend storing them in an airtight container to maintain their signature crispness.
Do you offer nationwide shipping?
Yes! We ship our baked goods across the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our bakery.
Are there gluten-free or nut-free options available?
We offer a variety of products that are made without gluten or nuts. However, please note that all our treats are produced in a facility that also handles wheat, milk, eggs, soy, and tree nuts.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you will have the option to include a personalized gift message, which we will print on a packing slip (without pricing) to be included in the box.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact our customer service team within 14 days and we will make it right.
How should I store my Dewey's soft-baked cookies?
For the best experience, store soft-baked cookies at room temperature in their original packaging. For a 'straight-from-the-oven' taste, you can microwave a cookie for 5-10 seconds before enjoying.
